All work carried out is thoroughly documented on the engineers report. A copy of which is left with the printer, enabling you to build a service history for the printer.
All of our products and services are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer cartridge or a printer failing due to product or service supplied by ourselves, our own engineer will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure. This will be done at no cost to yourself.
