Manufacturers typically provides a 1-year warranty on the printer you’ve purchased, which covers defects and malfunctions arising from normal use. And if you didn’t take out an extended warranty when you purchased the printer, at the end of the year you’re on your own. Which is where we come into play. Our ‘Post Warranty Support’ supports your printer for as long as you have it, even if you’re using none genuine printer cartridges. We don’t disapprove of the use of none genuine cartridges. In fact, that’s where it started for us back in 1992; Recycling Printer Cartridges! And supplying High Quality, Fully Guaranteed, None Genuine Printer Cartridges and Consumables, is still a huge part of our business.

Our AdHoc Support procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE. We DO NOT charge an hourly rate as many other maintenance companies do, meaning right from the begining you'll know how much the engineer's time is going to cost. All work carried out is documented on the engineer's report, and a copy is left with you to enable you to build service history for the printer.
Once on board, many of our clients opt for our Routine Preventative Maintenance Support. Carried out annually it prevents issues deloping and reduces the chance of downtime.
Other options are a choice of Annual Support Agreements, including our unique PrintProgram which includes all your printer cartridges along side a suitable support program.
Our workshop facility means you can bring your printer to us for repair. Again this procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE for the engineers time which will be quoted to you when you contact us.
All of our products and services are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer cartridge or a printer failing due to product or service supplied by ourselves, our own engineer will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure. This will be done at no cost to yourself.
