Our "Ad Hoc" printer inspection & repair procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE. We DO NOT charge an hourly rate as many
other maintenance companies do, so right from your first contact with us you'll know exactly how much the engineer's time will cost you. All work carried out is thoroughly
documented in an engineer report, and a copy of the report is left with the printer user or office manager enabling you to build service history for the printer.
Our workshop facility means you can bring your printer to us for repair. Again this procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE which will be quoted to you when you contact us so you know exactly how much the engineer's time is going to cost.
Once on board, many of our clients opt for our Routine Preventative Maintenance Scheme. Costing no more than a regular "Ad Hoc" visit our "RPMS" visit is carried out annually and prevents issues and downtime from developing.
Again, once on board many of our clients employ an Annual Maintenance/Support Agreement, or our unique PrintProgram which includes all printer cartridges and maintenance.
When your printer comes out of manufacturers warrany contact us and let us provide your post warranty support.
All of our product and service are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer or printer cartridge failing due to product or services supplied by ourselves, our own engineers will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure at no cost to yourself.
