We're happy to provide support for your printer while it's still in manufacturers warranty. But once the manufacturer warranty expires, our ‘Post Warranty Support’ will support the printer for as long as you have it.
After 30+ years, our AdHoc service and repair procedure is tried, tested and proven to work as a cost effective option to replacing a failing printer. We simply provide an engineer to your site as and when you have a problem. Or you can bring your printer to us, and we'll repair it in our workshop.

Our 'Annual Routine Preventative Maintenance Scheme', 'Annual Maintenance/Support Schemes', and our unique 'PrintProgram' (which includes all printer cartridges and annual support) are all tried, tested and proven.

Like many other companies we supply new printers. However, our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printers separate us from the rest. We are happy to deliver our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printer, install it, and train the users how to use it too, and our friendly Helpdesk staff will always be at the end of the telephone for you if you need help. Additionally, the support options provided with our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printers is equivalent to that offered with new printers.
All of our products and services are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer cartridge or a printer failing due to product or service supplied by ourselves, our own engineer will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure. This will be done at no cost to yourself.
